2 Nights / 3 Days Ngorongoro Crater and Manyara National Park

Day 1

The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town. Afternoon drive (3 1⁄2 hours) across Great Rift Valley Wall to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoy the scenery on the way, Dinner, and overnight at the lodge/hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast at the Lodge/Hotel, Collect lunch boxes, and a short drive up to the rim of Ngorongoro crater, stop to admire the spectacular views before descending into the crater floor for a half-day game viewing; there is a wonderful variety of wildlife and stunning landscape that makes this one of nature’s most unforgettable spectacles. Later drive to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight at the lodge/hotel.

Day 3

Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park – This is one of the most diverse known Parks for its distinct Ecological zones ranging from the rocky Rift wall and the groundwater forest to woodland, open grassland, and swamp. Look out for the elusive tree-climbing lions as well as hippo, flamingo, elephant, and giraffe. It is also a birding paradise (with more than 380 species). Lunch at the lodge and then afternoon drive (2 hours) back to Arusha Drop off in Arusha town.
